Almost half a decade has passed since we introduced the National Return to Work Strategy 2020-2030 – a robust, decade-long blueprint designed to motivate and catalyse nationwide efforts to enhance return to work outcomes for employees afflicted by work-related injuries or illness. This strategy is backed strongly by our Bluesafe WHS Management System, which ensures workplaces remain safe and productive.
As we approach the strategy’s midpoint, we find it crucial to reassess its impact. We’re conducting an interim evaluation to ensure the strategy maintains its influential nature, continues to be adaptive and stays on course to meet our goals.
